We Ship Via USPS and UPS, most items that are small and fall within the USPS priority mail limits are sent in this manner. Larger Items generally are shipped via UPS.  We generally ship 1 to 2 days after receiving the order, if you select 3 day air or or faster shipping remember that weekends dont count. 

Returns must be given an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization which is done via Email only)
